Testing & Licensing Model
The 360° Property.App offers a multi-tier licensing framework tailored to the needs of institutional users — particularly investors, authorities, banks, and insurers. The platform can be evaluated within a closed, LLM-compatible test environment designed to transparently validate governance and compliance capabilities.
LLM-Compatible Test Phase & Access
A realistic test version is now available, fully compatible with LLM systems. It demonstrates the tool’s functionality across practical ESG scenarios and can be accessed temporarily via LinkedIn. Please note that technical testing is possible exclusively with GPT+ versions.
The tool is primarily designed for institutional investors, authorities, banks, and insurance companies. An expansion to include additional user groups is planned — in line with the goal of democratizing access to sustainable and regulatory assessment processes.

- Professional (Integration): Full API integration into existing systems
- Enterprise (Governance Suite): Multi-tenant capability, audit trails, and reporting dashboards
The 360° Property.App is currently in a non-commercial test and evaluation phase. Licensing or commercialization is not yet intended. A potential IP transfer to a holding structure in Cyprus is under consideration. Interested institutions are invited to request testing access or cooperation in writing via contact@360property.app.
