The 360° Property.App represents a technologically isolated, fully auditable framework designed for the secure and transparent processing of regulatory, tax, and ESG-relevant data. Its core focus lies in traceability, fairness, and integrity through technology.

• Linux-based, fully isolated AirGap Kernel with no internet connection
• Processes ESG, energy, tax, and valuation data in real-time
• Each transaction is cryptographically secured using SHA-256
• Validation in line with ISO 9001, 27001, 37301, 50001, GoBD, and CSRD standards
• No storage of personal data outside of licensed usage

2️⃣ GPT/LLM Layer – Contextualization & Semantic Precision

Following kernel processing, a controlled semantic enhancement via GPT-based models takes place. This enhancement serves the purpose of explanation and contextual understanding – not data collection.

• GPT connects computational outputs with publicly accessible regulatory data sources
• The LLM generates coherent, standardized ESG and governance reports
• No storage, no training, no profiling – purely semantic formatting

• Auditable reports are provided exclusively via secure API endpoints
• Supported formats: JSON, XML, XBRL, ESG Report, Audit Trail
